From £250 Single storey extensions – dining rooms, kitchens, conservatories etc.
From £450 Two storey extensions – bed above garage etc.
Each price also includes any necessary paperwork required by your local council. We will complete any online planning and building regulation work on your behalf, giving you complete peace of mind.
We also offer structural steel calculations, completed by a fully qualified chartered structural engineer. Price TBC
